Regional Plant Identification Guides for Kansas

About Regional Plant Identification Guides for Kansas

The Kansas Native Plant Society Facebook Group is a great place to share pictures of Kansas plants and get confirmation on identifications.  When it comes to identifying plants, guide books are important to HAVE, READ, and USE. I put together this list of regional books that include Kansas plants. Some of these books are especially helpful when identifying plants that barely range into Kansas. Included are links to purchase them from Amazon as well as directly from the publisher.

All Amazon links to products are affiliate links, which means that if you make a purchase via one of the product links, I’ll receive a small commission. This helps support my Guide to Kansas Native Plants website and allows me to continue to add new content. Thank you for the support!
